Growthnext Stepsat seeks an Offsite Standardisation Manager with an electrical/mechanical bias to lead development and adoption of standardised offsite products across our business.

The role collaborates with central technical, offsite manufacturing, design, estimating, and project delivery teams to embed standardised solutions in designs and ensure on-site delivery. You will drive DFMA, BIM processes, and cost-model integration while engaging stakeholders for continuous product improvement.

Formación

• Extensive experience in mechanical/electrical building services projects.
• Background in offsite manufacturing, DFMA, or standardisation within construction/MEP.
• Strong communication skills with a proven ability to drive change and influence stakeholders.
• Experience with BIM processes and digital engineering (Revit libraries, data structures).
• Solid understanding of construction methodologies, costing, and programme impacts.
• Experience in developing repeatable products or standard solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Health and Safety Leadership: Champion a safety-first culture in all activities.
• Product Development: Identify and continuously improve standardised offsite products in collaboration with project teams.
• Strategic Alignment: Ensure products align with business strategy and sector needs, establishing a structured product roadmap.
• Design Collaboration: Work with internal and external designers to incorporate standardised products into designs.
• Innovative Thinking: Champion DFMA principles in design for manufacture and assembly.
• BIM Coordination: Collaborate with BIM team to maintain standardised products in Revit library.
• Tender Solutions: Ensure standardised products are included in tender solutions and cost models.
• Project Support: Assist project teams in adopting standardised products and addressing implementation barriers.
• Feedback Loop: Capture learnings and identify opportunities to expand the product suite.
• Market Awareness: Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance offerings.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with stakeholders to support product development and adoption.
• Central Point of Contact: Facilitate communication and resolve challenges related to offsite standardisation.
