Job summary

Growthnext Stepsat is seeking an Offsite Standardisation Manager with a mechanical/electrical bias to lead the development and adoption of standardised offsite products across our business.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical, offsite manufacturing, design, estimating and project delivery to embed standardised solutions in designs and ensure on-site delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in mechanical and electrical building services projects.
• Background in offsite manufacturing, DFMA, or standardisation within construction/MEP.
• Strong communication skills with a track record of influencing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and adoption of standardised offsite products across the business.
• Collaborate with technical, offsite manufacturing, design, estimating and project delivery teams.
• Ensure standardised solutions are embedded in designs and delivered on-site.
• Coordinate with BIM team to maintain Revit libraries and data structures.
• Develop and manage a structured product roadmap aligned with business strategy.
