Job summary

Belcan Workforce Solutions is recruiting for an Operations & Crewing Co-ordinator to support a major offshore wind operations site in Lowestoft, Suffolk. This is a fully site-based role, with candidates ideally living within ~30 minutes of the Lowestoft site.

You will manage records, schedule maintenance, and support SAP workflows while liaising with field personnel to optimise crews and reporting. A strong Excel/IT background is essential; SAP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating maintenance and operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong Excel and IT skills essential.
• SAP experience advantageous but not required.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate technical and commercial records.
• Support reporting, timesheets, and billing processes.
• Ensure work complies with HSE requirements and UK legislation.
