Job summary

Randstad Sourceright partners with a technology-focused organisation to recruit an Advanced Operations Coordinator in Lowestoft, working onsite in a 7 days on/7 days off shift. The role demands meticulous administration, strong SAP skills and precise record keeping between customer and client.

You will raise, schedule and track maintenance, optimise crew deployment, manage data in Spiridion SAP, and ensure HSE documentation complies with UK legislation. This is a 6-month contract.

Qualifications

• Excellent administration skills and experience with SAP.
• Experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment.
• Strong record-keeping and filing practices.
• Strong communication and planning abilities.
• Experience working cross-functionally with field teams and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Administers wind farm site records and separates costs between service and warranty per contract.
• Raise, schedule, and track planned and unplanned maintenance with field staff and customers via SAP.
• Create daily and weekly plans and optimise deployment of Crew Transfer Vessels (CTVs).
• Verify data in Spiridion SAP and support billing and parts replenishment.
• Ensure maintenance activities align with business objectives and customer requirements.
• Coordinate HSE documentation in line with UK legislation.
• Maintain records and archives for full service and maintenance history.
