Job summary

Belcan Workforce Solutions is recruiting an Operations Co-ordinator to support a major offshore wind operations site in Lowestoft, Suffolk. This is a fully site-based role with a 7 days on/7 days off shift pattern, 12-hour days, and an initial 4-week training period.

The role involves maintaining technical and commercial records, coordinating maintenance activities, and supporting site operations through SAP and other systems. Strong organisational skills and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating maintenance activities and site administration.
• Strong Excel and IT skills; SAP is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance activities.
• Liaise with field personnel and stakeholders to optimise schedules and resources.
• Support reporting, timesheet verification, and billing processes.
