Belcan Workforce Solutions is recruiting for an Operations Co-ordinator to support a major offshore wind operations site in Lowestoft, Suffolk. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced renewable energy environment, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of maintenance activities, operational planning, and site administration. This position is fully site-based. Due to the operational requirements of the role, candidates should ideally be based within approximately 30 minutes of the Lowestoft site.
Working within a busy operational team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate technical and commercial records, coordinating planned and reactive maintenance activities, and supporting site operations through SAP and associated systems. You will liaise closely with field personnel and operational stakeholders to optimise schedules, resource allocation, and Crew Transfer Vessel (CTV) deployment. The role also includes supporting reporting, parts consumption tracking, timesheet verification, billing processes, and ensuring all work is completed in line with HSE requirements and UK legislation.
The successful Operations Co-ordinator will be highly organised, detail-focused, and confident working with multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Strong Excel and general IT skills are essential, while SAP experience would be advantageous but is not required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams are key to success in this role.
