Job summary

Belcan is seeking an Operations Co-ordinator to support a major offshore wind site in Lowestoft, Suffolk. This fully site-based role coordinates maintenance activities, planning, and site administration to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires strong Excel and IT skills; SAP experience is advantageous but not required. You will liaise with field personnel to optimise schedules, track parts, and assist with billing and timesheet verification in line with UK HSE standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills and general IT literacy.
• Experience coordinating maintenance activities or site operations is preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance activities.
• Support site operations through SAP and related systems.
• Assist with reporting, parts consumption tracking, and timesheet verification.
