Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking an experienced Site Manager for Offshore Execution (Onshore) to lead the offshore site supervision team and drive safe, high-quality Wind Turbine Generator installation activities on project sites.

You will coordinate handovers, manage mobilization, and align with Pre-Installation, Commissioning, HSE, and other teams while ensuring documentation and handover compliance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of offshore operations experience, especially wind turbine/offshore installation environments.
• Knowledge of HSE offshore standards and quality assurance processes.
• Solid documentation and handover process knowledge.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP tools (SAP preferred).
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Offshore/technical certifications or willingness to complete.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the offshore site supervision team to deliver installation activities.
• Ensure safety and quality leadership; conduct toolbox talks and oversee handovers.
• Manage daily offshore installation activities, work packaging, and progress reporting.
• Coordinate interfaces across Pre-Installation, Commissioning, Quality, HSE, Warehouse, and other teams.
• Ensure all project documentation packages (As-Built, As-Left, Handover Certificates) are collected and handed over.
