Job summary

Gattaca is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of medium and large-scale engineering projects in a demanding, offshore-facing environment.

You will develop project plans, manage budgets, track milestones, coordinate engineering, manufacturing, mobilisation, testing and logistics, and ensure safety, on-time delivery and fiscal targets while maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in engineering/offshore/manufacturing environments.
• Experience coordinating complex equipment projects including mobilisation and testing.
• Strong ability to interpret technical specs and develop project plans.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of medium/large-scale projects across engineering, offshore, and logistics.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, equipment mobilisation, testing and offshore support.
• Develop project plans, resource requirements, schedules and milestones.
• Ensure delivery safely, on time and within budget.
• Maintain project documentation and reporting, including progress and risks.
• Support continuous improvement through lessons learned and client feedback.
