Job summary

Gattaca is seeking an experienced Project Delivery Lead to manage end-to-end delivery of complex engineering projects across offshore, energy and manufacturing sectors. You will develop plans, manage resources, and coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, logistics and offshore teams to ensure on-time, within-budget outcomes.

You will lead risk management, reporting and governance, while maintaining strong client and supplier relationships and ensuring compliance with project controls.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience within engineering, offshore, energy, manufacturing or related technical environment.
• Experience managing complex equipment projects including modification, testing, mobilisation and demobilisation.
• Strong understanding of mechanical handling equipment and delivery requirements.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications, develop project plans, and coordinate execution.
• Demonstrated leadership with team motivation and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple medium and large-scale projects, achieving contractual, technical, commercial and operational objectives.
• Develop project plans, resource requirements, schedules and delivery timelines while proactively managing risks, priorities and milestones.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, equipment mobilisation, testing, logistics and offshore support activities to ensure seamless execution.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Maintain project documentation, reporting, specifications and tracking systems.
• Support continuous improvement through project reviews and lessons learned.
