Job summary

Gattaca is seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end engineering projects in the offshore, energy, or manufacturing sectors from Chester. You will coordinate mechanical handling equipment projects, manage budgets, schedules, and risk, and ensure safety and quality.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive continuous improvement while delivering on time and within budget across multiple complex programs.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in engineering, offshore, energy, manufacturing or related technical environments.
• Experience managing complex equipment projects including modification, testing, mobilisation and demobilisation.
• Strong understanding of mechanical handling equipment and project delivery requirements.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and coordinate project execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple medium/large-scale projects, achieving contractual, technical, commercial and operational objectives.
• Develop project plans, resources, schedules and delivery timelines while proactively managing risks, priorities and milestones.
• Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, equipment mobilisation, testing, logistics and offshore support activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Maintain project documentation, reporting and tracking systems.
• Support continuous improvement through project reviews and lessons learned.
