Boston Energy is seeking a highly organised Project Coordinator to support offshore wind project delivery in Hessle, UK. You will be at the centre of operations, liaising with technicians, clients, and internal teams to keep projects moving, engage people, and maintain high standards.

The role involves coordinating technicians, ensuring compliance, visiting sites, tracking resource plans, and managing mobilisations in line with timelines. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in coordination, operations, or recruitment support roles.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to attend sites.
• Solid IT skills and ability to manage multiple systems (CRM/trackers).

Aufgaben

• Own day-to-day coordination of offshore technicians, ensuring they are supported, engaged, and fully compliant.
• Carry out monthly check-ins and regular site visits.
• Keep accurate tracking of technician movements and project resource plans.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, identifying needs and resolving queries.
• Manage mobilisation and demobilisation of technicians in line with project timelines.
• Coordinate PPE, travel, IT, and occupational health requirements ahead of deployment.
• Monitor costs and support P&L awareness, flagging any risks early.
