Job summary

Intertek Metoc in the United Kingdom is seeking a Project Coordinator to support delivery across offshore wind, subsea cable, wave and tidal energy, water and oil & gas sectors.

You will work closely with Project Managers, Finance teams, consultants and clients to ensure projects are delivered to agreed budgets, timescales and quality standards, using a methodical, numbers-driven approach and strong communication. This role offers a collaborative environment and global opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary projects.
• Strong attention to detail and ownership over your work.
• Collaborative and credible with senior colleagues and clients.
• Methodical, numerical and organised in project administration.
• Capable of delivering high-quality work to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate responses with clients to understand needs.
• Act as link between Project Managers and Finance team; handle admin tasks.
• Support financial management: workbook updates, tracking, invoices, timesheets.
• Update project programmes.
• Track actions and follow up as needed.
• Provide back-up support to Business Support Team during busy periods.
