Job summary

Enshore Subsea in the United Kingdom seeks an Operations Coordinator to drive equipment readiness, SIT planning, and onshore/offshore coordination across the project lifecycle.

You will manage deck-loading plans, quayside logistics, budgets, and interfaces with port authorities, client representatives, and vessel crews. The role requires flexibility to work extended hours when needed and strong communication in English.

Qualifications

• Experience in offshore operations and vessel mobilisation.
• Proven ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of RAMS and permit-to-work processes.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate equipment readiness across vessels and onshore teams.
• Lead SIT program planning and interface with clients and MWS.
• Manage quay side logistics, mobilization budgets, and cost reporting.
• Track progress with SIT punches and close-out actions.
