Job summary

SSE is recruiting a Project Coordinator for its Offshore Directorate to support project teams across a portfolio of offshore infrastructure projects. You will coordinate activities, maintain project controls, and help ensure safe, efficient delivery to high standards.

The role involves 50% time in the office, with a hybrid working pattern. Location bases include Inverness, Aberdeen, or Perth, UK, and you will handle supplier queries and project reporting while supporting governance milestones.

• Experience in busy project administration and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive problem-solving with clear communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project accounts, raise POs, and manage supplier queries.
• Organise and record project meeting minutes to a high standard.
• Support governance milestones and deadlines across projects.
• Prepare and distribute project reporting and presentation packs on time.
• Provide ad hoc administration support for project-specific tasks.
