Job summary

EDF Energy Limited seeks a Marine Construction Project Manager to lead offshore delivery for Sizewell C, overseeing subcontractors and coordinating with onshore teams to ensure safe, timely project execution.

The role requires 5–10 years in complex offshore/marine construction, professional accreditation, and UK driving licence. Applicants must show right to work in the UK and support for onboarding tasks.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification (e.g. BSc/MSc/MEng/BEng) in Construction, Civil Engineering, PM or equivalent.
• PM certification such as APM PFQ/PMQ/PPQ or PRINCE2 (or equivalent).
• CSCS card and SMSTS (or equivalent HSE site management training).
• Sea Survival certification or willingness to obtain on onboarding (STCW/BOSIET/GWO).

Responsibilities

• Accountable for successful project delivery via Subcontractor management for offshore work packages.
• Determines means to meet time, cost, quality, scope, risk and benefits.
• Provides leadership and control of a multi-disciplinary team (Agents, Sub-Agents, Section Engineers, Site Engineers).
• Collaborates with Preconstruction Lead, Offshore Construction Manager and Onshore PM team for safe offshore delivery at Sizewell C.
