Civil Works Alliance (CWA) invites applications for a Marine Technical Lead to guide a section of offshore/marine works within the Sizewell C programme. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team of agents, sub agents, and engineers, and own subcontractor management to meet programme objectives.

Essentially, you will drive technical solutions, assess risks, and ensure quality and compliance across production and handover deliverables, with a focus on safety and efficiency across the offshore scope.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of the NEC and other relevant forms of contract.
• Ability to identify technical requirements and industry standard techniques for offshore/marine activities.
• Ability to review, approve, and support programmes/schedules.
• Knowledge of CDM regulations and safe systems of work for offshore/marine activities.
• Strong leadership and multi-disciplinary team management experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide management, leadership and control of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Manage subcontractors and procurement within the work package.
• Determine means to satisfy project requirements: time, cost, quality, scope, risk and benefits.
• Oversee health, safety & environmental compliance including audits and incident investigations.
• Ensure quality processes and handover documentation alignment with specification.
