Job summary

Sizewell C is recruiting a Package Manager for Heads to lead a multi-disciplinary team within the Civil Works Alliance, supporting the Sizewell C project. You will manage subcontracts, determine effective ways to satisfy project requirements and drive cost, time, quality and risk outcomes.

You will oversee health, safety and environmental compliance, integrate design input from operational experience, and lead continuous improvement across production and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience with NEC contracts and offshore/marine project controls.
• Ability to develop and review programmes/schedules for multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong leadership with a proven track record of directing subcontractors and large works.
• Knowledge of CDM regulations and safe systems of work for offshore activities.
• Experience in delivering within high-hazard environments with quality governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary team including Agents, Sub Agents, Section Engineers, Site Engineers.
• Manage subcontractor delivery and programmes against the work package.
• Determine optimal methods to meet cost, time, risk and quality targets.
• Approve Method Statements, Risk Assessments and site audits.
• Monitor KPI data and drive improvements across productivity and handover documentation.
