Job summary

Civil Works Alliance (CWA) is seeking a Marine Technical Lead to spearhead a major offshore/marine work package for Sizewell C, based in the UK. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, manage subcontractors and drive safe, compliant delivery from planning through handover.

You will define the approach, review designs, and coordinate with designers and clients to ensure programme and budget targets are met while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of a multi-disciplinary team on offshore/marine projects.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and similar contract forms.
• Ability to approve and support programmes/schedules and safe systems of work.
• Experience managing subcontractors and procurement.
• Clear communication and decision-making under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and control a section of the works within a marine/offshore project.
• Manage Subcontracts related to the work package delivery.
• Determine optimal methods to meet time, cost, quality and risk targets.
• Oversee QA/QC, ITPs, handover docs and documentation control.
• Coach staff and liaise with designers and stakeholders.
