Job summary

Lloyd’s Register is seeking a Global Bid Manager for Offshore to lead bid proposals and ensure quality responses to client tenders. Location is open to multiple locations, with hybrid working options.

You will manage end-to-end bid processes, coordinate with offshore teams and stakeholders, and develop a reusable library of proposal materials to improve future wins. A strong track record in BID writing is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in writing large bids and tenders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced IT skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work in a team and with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience analysing financial and technical information.

Responsibilities

• Lead bid-proposal preparation to meet high standards supporting Global Sales strategy.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to document and edit business requirements.
• Create reusable bid materials and maintain the global bids library.
• Coordinate larger and complex proposals end-to-end.
• Manage bid strategy, progress and review meetings.
• Oversee subcontractor agreements with internal/external stakeholders.
