Matchtech Group is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to own the full bid lifecycle across UK and international opportunities. You will lead planning, coordination and production of high-quality proposals, collaborating with technical, commercial and operations teams.

Strong experience in bid management, proposal development and stakeholder coordination is essential, along with knowledge of defence procurement processes and compliant submissions.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience as a Bid Manager, Proposal Manager or similar.
• Experience with defence procurement processes and regulated environments.
• Excellent written communication and document management skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end bid processes from qualification through submission.
• Develop bid strategies, win themes and customer-focused value propositions.
• Create and maintain bid plans, compliance matrices and submission schedules.
• Coordinate inputs from technical, commercial, programme and finance teams.
• Write, edit and refine proposal content for clarity and competitiveness.
• Translate complex technical information into compelling customer benefits.
• Manage bid risks, actions and clarifications; lead internal reviews and approvals.
• Ensure submissions are accurate, compliant and delivered on time.
• Support post-submission activities and lessons learned reviews.
