Job summary

ISS is seeking a Global Bid Manager to join the Global Client Solutions and Bid Management team. The role drives end-to-end bid processes for international opportunities and produces high-quality tender materials in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will coordinate reviews, develop win strategies, and maintain bid content libraries, ensuring proposals align with client requirements. Requires degree-equivalent experience and 5+ years in bid management with excellent English.

Qualifications

• Degree educated or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years' bid management experience in an international environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• APMP or equivalent bid management certification is desirable.
• Experience in proposal writing, editing, formatting and presentation development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the bid management process for global opportunities from qualification to submission.
• Apply bid writing techniques to develop compelling tenders, summaries and presentations.
• Coordinate quality reviews; ensure proposals are customer-focused and aligned to requirements.
• Support strategic planning, market intelligence, win strategies and value propositions.
• Collaborate with sales, technical, legal, finance and operations to develop bids.
• Maintain bid content libraries and contribute to process improvements.
• Maintain accurate bid and customer information within the CRM system.
