Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Bid Manager to develop knowledge across the group and build relationships with business leaders to support winning new business. You will manage bid activity from planning through submission and handover to operations, while researching potential clients and producing persuasive content.

You will consult with heads of business development on opportunities, co-ordinate tender document production, formatting and submission.

Qualifications

• Must have Right to Work in the UK
• To develop a deep knowledge of OCS Group UK, building both horizontal and vertical relationships with business leaders to facilitate successful bidding
• To manage bid activity on behalf of business development teams, including the facilitation of deal planning sessions, bid development, final bid document submission, bid award and handover to mobilisation
• Researching potential clients and developing an understanding of their requirements, create written content which is persuasive and informative
• To consult with respective heads of business development on opportunities, co-ordinate tender document production, formatting and submission

Responsibilities

• Develop bid strategy and manage bid activity from start to finish
• Facilitate bid/no bid sessions and kick-off meetings
• Prepare and submit final bid documents
• Research potential clients and tailor solutions to their requirements
• Create persuasive written content for proposals
