Job summary

Lloyd's Register Group is seeking a Bid & Proposals Leader to drive the end-to-end bid process for Offshore projects. You will lead proposal writing, coordinate with key stakeholders, and develop a centralized library of reusable materials to improve efficiency and win rates.

The role requires strong communication, industry knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously within a global framework.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in writing large bids and tenders.
• High level of literacy with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced IT skills, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to multitask, organise work effectively and meet deadlines.
• Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Leads the bid-proposal preparation process to ensure high standards and aligns with Global Sales strategy.
• Understands Offshore business stream terminology and industry practices.
• Provides guidance in writing and reviewing Tender bids and Proposals for consistency.
• Coordinates with stakeholders to document and edit technical and financial requirements.
• Creates and maintains a reusable library of proposal materials and templates.
