Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' relevant bid management or tendering experience.
• Experience managing the full bid process from planning to submission.
• Strong written communication, editing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines and coordinate contributions across teams.
• Experience with bid governance, quality assurance and continuous improvement.
• Experience within consultancy, professional services, construction or related sector.
• Adobe InDesign knowledge beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage bids, tenders and RFPs from opportunity assessment to final submission.
• Develop bid strategies, win themes and compelling responses.
• Coordinate input from technical specialists, operational teams and commercial stakeholders.
• Write, edit and review high-quality bid content ( methodologies, executive summaries, project experience, social value ).
• Manage bid schedules, deadlines, reviews and approvals for compliant submissions.
• Work with commercial teams to coordinate pricing and fee proposals.
• Maintain and develop bid content, templates, case studies and supporting materials.
• Identify opportunities to improve bid processes, consistency and win rates.
