Qualifications

• Experience in office management, hospitality or similar service role.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Friendly, professional, service-oriented communication.
• Excellent MS Office skills and IT affinity.
• Fluent German and English.
• Hands-on mentality and proactive work style.
• Nice to have commercial training and event planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Be the contact person for all employees and maintain a pleasant working atmosphere.
• Answer central phone line with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Greet guests and act as liaison with external partners.
• Manage common areas and office supplies, catering, and lunch orders.
• Prepare and organize meeting rooms for internal and external meetings.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Support travel tool management and travel bookings.
• Oversee general office administration and day-to-day operations.
