Job summary

ZEAL Network SE is seeking an experienced HR/People & Culture Generalist to lead core HR operations across three UK locations (Norwich, London, Manchester) with regular in-office presence. You will manage payroll, HRIS, onboarding/offboarding, and employee relations, acting as a trusted partner to employees and managers.

The role requires UK payroll knowledge, strong communication, and a hands-on mindset to build HR processes from scratch and travel as needed, including Hamburg HQ.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience as an HR/People & Culture Generalist in the UK market.
• Solid knowledge of UK payroll and UK employment law.
• Experience building HR structures in growing/merged organisations.

Responsibilities

• Unify and administer HRIS across three UK locations.
• Independently run payroll for all three UK entities.
• Build and own administrative HR processes and policies.
• Roll out and advise on performance management for managers and employees.
• Mediate and provide supervision in workplace conflicts.
• Brief and coach managers on HR topics.
• Act as main contact for employee belonging topics and processes.
• Work hands-on across all sites and Hamburg HQ.
