Job summary

ZEAL Network SE is seeking an IT Support professional to join a Norwich-based team. The role focuses on user-focused technical assistance, system maintenance, and automation to improve efficiency.

You will work closely with IT staff to deploy new technologies and ensure secure, reliable services for colleagues in a fast-moving e-commerce environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to explain IT concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Entra ID, Zoom and Intune, ensuring user satisfaction.
• Assist in configuration, deployment, and maintenance of software and hardware.
• Use PowerShell to automate routine tasks and resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot a variety of software issues and configurations.
• Collaborate with system admins and IT staff to implement new tech.
• Document issues and solutions to inform training materials.
• Conduct regular system audits and perform upgrades to stay secure.
• Offer guidance and support to users on IT resources.

Location: Norwich-based, with regular in-office presence (Monday-Friday)

Your tasks:

• Provide technical support for our systems, specifically Entra ID, Zoom and Intune, ensuring optimal functionality and user satisfaction.

• Assist in the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of software and hardware solutions.

• Use PowerShell or other relevant programming languages to automate routine tasks and resolve issues efficiently.

• Troubleshoot a variety of technical problems, ranging from simple software issues to complex software configurations.

• Collaborate closely with system administrators and other IT staff to implement new technologies and improve existing systems.

• Document technical issues and solutions in detail to improve future support efforts and user training materials.

• Conduct regular system audits and perform upgrades to ensure systems remain updated and secure.

• Offer guidance and support to users, helping them understand how to use IT resources effectively and securely.
