This is an excitingopportunity for a skilled administrator with previous experience of working ina school office and strong knowledge of BromCom, which is essential for thisrole. As our Office Manager, you will work closely with our School Business Manager and alongside colleaguesacross Create Partnership Trust, helping to ensure that our office operates smoothly and effectively in support of our pupils, families and staff. This is a highly visible, outward-facing role: you will often be the first point of contact for parents, visitors and external agencies, and will therefore play an important part in representing the school and creating a welcoming, positive experience for all.
The successful candidate will also take a key role in managing attendance, ensuring accurate systems, effective communication with families, and a proactive approach to supporting good pupil attendance.
