Job Title: Office Manager

Are you a dedicated and organised professional with a passion for creating an exceptional office experience? We are seeking an enthusiastic Office Manager to oversee the front office and administration of our school. The ideal candidate will have strong office management experience, preferably within a school or education environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the efficient running of the school through administrative duties.
  2. Act as a personal assistant to the Head of School, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  3. Manage and performance-manage the administration staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
  4. Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team and HR Manager on staff recruitment and induction.
  5. Plan, manage, and monitor budgets, maintaining accurate financial records.
  6. Oversee probationary and performance management processes, ensuring timely reviews.
  7. Maintain accurate records, including personnel files, staff absence, DBS checks, and safeguarding compliance.
  8. Ensure adherence to HR policies and safeguarding procedures.
  9. Act immediately on child protection concerns and implement safeguarding policies.
  10. Contribute to the development and implementation of school policies and practices.
  11. Work with staff, parents/carers, and students to deliver the school's strategic vision.
