Zero100 is seeking a proactive Office Manager to maintain and organize their new London office. This role involves ensuring smooth operations, managing supplies, and supporting employee experience, alongside fostering a welcoming company culture through team events and onboarding new hires.
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Office Manager to join our growing Operations team and help ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of our new office space in the heart of Covent Garden.
As we settle into this exciting new location, this role will be central to maintaining a well-run, welcoming, and productive working environment. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks—from managing suppliers and coordinating facilities to supporting the employee experience and overseeing the general upkeep of the space. Your attention to detail, strong sense of ownership, and ability to anticipate and respond to the needs of the team will be critical to your success.
In addition to office management, you will play an active role in supporting company culture by coordinating team socials, assisting with onboarding new hires, and ensuring the office reflects our values.
