Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an Office Manager vacancy, based centrally at one of our London offices, working for an aviation company.
The role of an Office Manager is to oversee the daily operations of the office. They will manage and deliver a range of office and administrative services, taking a proactive approach to ensure that all office service activities are carried out efficiently and effectively to support the company’s objectives.
You will be the first point of contact for anything related to the location, managing and delivering a range of office and administrative services, overseeing the scheduling, maintenance, and monitoring of the office, equipment, and devices, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, electric, and structural systems to ensure efficient and safe operations.
You will need to support the executives and employees, as well as the Real Estate & Facilities Manager, with annual budget planning, forecasting, and capital management. You will also inspect facilities, generate inspection reports, and alert to any problems.

Salary: £40,000 per annum.
Qualifications
