Job description

The Office Manager will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the sales office at CK International. This individual will manage the sales and administration of baler consumables, provide support to the sales team, and deliver exceptional service to our customers. The candidate will ideally come from a customer service background within a B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Team Support
  • Coordinate and manage sales team travel arrangements.
  • Generate reports on sales team performance, preparing regular updates for management.
  • Identify and implement solutions to improve overall sales workflows.
Customer Service
  • Handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing professional and helpful service.
  • Welcome customers visiting CK International, ensuring they receive excellent hospitality.
Sales Administration
  • Accurately and efficiently enter sales orders into the system.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations.
  • Generate transport quotes for sales orders as needed.
  • Provide order processing support and liaise with customers to address their needs.
  • Work with marketing to promote consumables and create email marketing lists.
  • Manage and enhance the sales and administration of baler consumables.
  • Assist the Director with ad-hoc tasks and special projects as required.
Skills and Experience Required
  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, ideally within a B2B environment.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage data and report accurately.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • IT proficiency.
