Job summary

Salford CVS in Salford is looking for a dedicated Office and Facilities Manager to keep our busy in‑person office running smoothly. You will lead a team of three administrators and a caretaker/facilities worker, ensuring excellent service for staff, members and visitors.

You will manage office operations, act as Data Protection Lead and Health and Safety Officer, and serve as the main IT contact to drive cyber security and compliance across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of three administrators and a caretaker/facilities worker.
• Manage wide‑ranging administrative and operational support to ensure an efficient office environment.
• Act as Salford CVS's Data Protection Lead (supported by an external data protection consultant) and Health and Safety Officer.
• Be the main IT contact for IT, leading on cyber security and compliance.
• Responsible for four members of staff.
