Job summary

Six Degrees Social Enterprise in Salford is seeking an organised, people-focused Office Manager to keep the office running smoothly, lead a small admin team and ensure health and safety and information governance are compliant.

Based in Eccles, this fully site-based role is five days a week, putting you at the heart of the team as you support colleagues, patients and community projects, route booking, dashboards, audits and reporting to help deliver compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in office or business management with deadlines.
• Compliance experience, especially health and safety and information governance.
• Experience leading a team, including rotas and leave management.
• Ability to set up clear processes and challenge things that aren’t working.
• Warm, professional communication and resilience handling sensitive calls.

Responsibilities

• Run the office efficiently, maintain organisation and compliance.
• Lead a team of administrators and a domestic colleague; manage rotas and annual leave.
• Oversee health and safety, fire safety, and information governance.
• Manage audits, reports and dashboards and present to internal groups.
• Handle patient first contact, bookings, cancellations and rescheduling.
• Coordinate IT and finance liaison and onboarding/leaver processes.
• Support on-site operations and ensure a calm, supportive environment.
