Job summary

Salford CVS is seeking an Office and Facilities Manager to ensure our premises, systems and services run smoothly for staff, members and visitors. You will lead a small team and oversee administrative and operational support across the office, contributing to the organisation's priorities.

The role also includes acting as Data Protection Lead and Health and Safety Officer, with responsibility for IT contact and cyber security/compliance, and managing four staff members.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of four staff (three administrators and a caretaker) to ensure smooth office operations.
• Manage administrative and operational support to enable an efficient office environment for staff, members and visitors.
• Act as Data Protection Lead (with external consultant support) and Health and Safety Officer, overseeing IT, cyber security and compliance.
