As an Administrator, you will be the backbone of the office, ensuring all systems, paperwork, and equipment are managed effectively.Your role will be crucial in maintaining compliance, handling visitor relations, and supporting the business manager with administrative tasks.
Open and close the branch, maintain logs, and manage Health & Safety (H&S) records.
Welcome visitors, handle deliveries, and ensure seamless communication.
Conduct regular safety checks and report any concerns.
Provide essential support across different projects, manage IT equipment, and oversee petty cash transactions.
