MJ Quinn, a UK-based infrastructure services provider, is seeking a Traffic Management Coordinator to allocate, plan and assign jobs to suppliers. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to maintain effective relationships with councils and external sub-contractors.

Based in Knowsley, this full-time, office-based position runs 08:30am–05:00pm. You will support the Traffic Management team, keep diaries up to date, manage resources, process requests, and help drive

Qualifications

• Experience in a Co-Ordinator role preferred but not essential.
• Intermediate level of Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple workloads.
• Telecoms knowledge and scheduling experience would be advantageous.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Processing and creating works into diaries.
• Liaising with councils and external sub-contractors to ensure traffic management is booked and in place
• Monitor the TM photos inbox.
• Supporting the TM Commercial team in any tasks that may occur.
• Ensuring that all systems are kept up to date with accurate information.
• Updating TM Works Diary, including application of resource
• Receive/respond to TM request forms
• Create/update job packs
• Create quotes & invoices, log data and send to relevant parties
• Update, collate and chase fuel receipts/defect sheets
• Update/chase audits
• Liaise with council for various applications
