Job summary

MJ Quinn is seeking an experienced Field Based Traffic Management Supervisor to cover the South Wales region. You will oversee site inspections, provide operational support, and ensure compliance with traffic management schemes.

The role requires Streetworks Unit 10, Lantra M1/M2/M5/M6 qualifications, and strong planning, organisation and communication skills. A valid UK driving licence with limited points is preferred, with full right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in traffic management is essential.
• Strong planning, organisation and monitoring abilities.
• Proven ability to work to quality, safety and continuous improvement standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections across live work sites.
• Provide operational support to TM teams including TM CAD Drawings and TM Works Diary.
• Supervise traffic management installations and carry out site audits.
• Ensure traffic management has relevant consents and assess future layouts for site risks.
• Investigate non-compliance and safety issues; attend progress and other meetings.
