Job summary

Clearview Traffic Management is seeking a Traffic Management Project Coordinator in the United Kingdom. You will schedule all activities and support the Project Manager in coordinating a team of Traffic Management Operatives to ensure work is completed to standard, on time and at the right locations.

You will liaise with clients, join meetings, handle queries, review schedules and maintain accurate data in internal and external systems, with training provided for bespoke IT tools.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Willingness to learn bespoke IT systems with training provided.
• Excellent communication skills across face-to-face, email and telephone.
• Strong ability to resolve scheduling and logistics conflicts quickly.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for scheduling all activities.
• Report to the Project Manager and assist in workload logistics for Traffic Management Operatives.
• Schedule planned and reactive traffic works across depots and sites.
• Liaise with operatives, clients and review scheduled works; maintain accurate data on systems.
