Job summary

MJ Quinn is seeking a Traffic Management Coordinator to allocate and plan jobs for suppliers within the Traffic Management department in Knowsley. You will coordinate diaries, liaise with councils and subcontractors, and keep systems updated with accurate information to ensure smooth delivery of traffic management services.

The role requires strong planning, organisational and communication skills, with experience in Excel.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Co-ordinator role preferred but not essential.
• Intermediate level of Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple workloads.
• Telecoms knowledge and scheduling experience advantageous.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Processing and creating works into diaries.
• Liaising with councils and external sub-contractors to ensure traffic management is booked and in place.
• Monitor the TM photos inbox.
• Supporting the TM Commercial team in any tasks that may occur.
• Ensuring that all systems are kept up to date with accurate information.
• Updating TM Works Diary, including application of resource
• Receive/respond to TM request forms
• Create/update job packs
• Create quotes & invoices, log data and send to relevant parties
• Update, collate and chase fuel receipts/defect sheets
• Update/chase audits
• Liaise with council for various applications.
