Job summary

MD Group in Bristol is seeking a Scheduler to join our growing team. The role is office-based, full-time, and involves planning engineers' diaries, issuing purchase orders, and handling client and contractor communications to ensure smooth operation of our contact centre.

We offer a competitive annual salary of £27,000 DOE, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and length of service bonuses. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to learn and progress within the company.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic with good organisational skills.
• Ability to learn and grow within our business.
• Good planning and logical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and plan engineers' diaries on a day-to-day basis.
• Raise and issue purchase orders.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and manage customer expectations.
• Perform general administrative tasks including monitoring emails.
• Coordinate between sub-contractors and clients.
• Assist contracts managers with administrative duties to deliver high-quality service.
• Use in-house IT systems to log calls/repairs and allocate work.
