Confidential in East Leeds is seeking a Customer Service / Sales Support Team Leader to oversee daily operations, process orders, coordinate deliveries and keep systems accurate. This office-based role emphasizes strong communication and team leadership.

You will act as the link between customers, couriers and internal teams, manage customer service cases, chase deliveries, raise RMAs, and support two colleagues. Prior experience in manufacturing or FMCG is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Some line management experience.
• Experience in Manufacturing or FMCG.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Proficiency with CRM and order processing systems.

Responsabilités

• Respond to customer queries by phone and email, resolving service requests promptly.
• Process and correct customer, project and partner orders, maintaining accurate records.
• Liaise with couriers on deliveries, re-deliveries and damage reporting.
• Manage customer service cases and project queries through to resolution.
• Chase deliveries and keep customers updated.
• Raise RMAs, processing credits, and submitting courier claims.
• Maintain accurate CRM and ERP records.
• Create quotations and process pro-forma payments.
• Support the team of two and assist with holiday meetings, training and coaching.
