A leading estate agency in Wellingborough is seeking an Office Administrator to provide essential administrative support and serve as the first point of contact for clients. The successful candidate will work closely with the team to manage communications, coordinate appointments, and ensure compliance with regulations. Salary: £26,000 per annum
Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch break (40 hours per week)

Match Recruitment are working exclusively with our client to recruit an Office Administrator to join their established and fast-paced Estate Agency in Wellingborough. You’ll be joining a small, supportive team with experience in lettings and property management. Everyone works closely together to provide a reliable, professional service to landlords and tenants.
Based in our client’s busy high street office, you’ll also serve as the first point of contact for walk-in visitors, acting as “front of house.” In addition, you’ll provide comprehensive administrative and operational support within a property management environment. Your responsibilities will include managing communications, coordinating appointments, maintaining accurate records, supporting marketing activities, and ensuring compliance with legal and safety regulations. You’ll be a key liaison for tenants, landlords, and contractors, delivering exceptional service while ensuring the smooth running of daily office operations.
Your day to day duties in our client’s words:
·Deliver general administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day office operations
·Assist in drafting and processing tenancy agreements and related paperwork
·Maintain up-to-date, confidential property databases and records
·Schedule and coordinate property viewings, inspections, landlord and tenant meetings
·Organise and maintain both digital and physical filing systems
·Support marketing efforts by creating, editing, and publishing property listings
·Address tenant queries, oversee maintenance requests, schedule inspections, and manage renewals
·Ensure compliance with lettings regulations and health & safety standards
·Liaise with contractors, vendors, and service providers to coordinate maintenance and repair work
·Handle routine office tasks including supply orders, equipment upkeep, and workspace organisation
·Provide exceptional customer service to vendors, buyers, landlords and tenants and external partners, such as contracted trades people.
