Hours: 8.30am-5pm Monday - Thursday, 8.30am-1.30pm Friday
Salary: £27,000-£28,000 circa + company bonus

This is an exciting opportunity to work for a local, very well established, family run, very progressive company with long standing staff, low turnover and opportunities for growth.

You will have some administration, sales order processing or similar experience previously, be confident using a computer and have a professional telephone manner.

Some of your duties within this role will include:
- Being the first point of contact for all customers, dealing with their enquiries
- Updating customer details and inputting new customers onto the SAP system
- Processing all customer orders
- Arranging customer returns and collections
- Raising invoices and credits
- Liaising with couriers and arranging overseas freight collections
- Liaising with warehouse/accounts regarding orders and payments
