Keen and ambitious Office Administrator required to join a leading Tier 1 Contractor based in the South Coast. With an impressive pipeline of future works across their Southern region already totalling above £2bn. This Office Administrator role will involve regular liaison with the wider business, providing support to site teams from tender stage through until after care. Informing and keeping up to date with legislation changes and industry best practice and informing of any developments, ensuring correct changes and support is provided. You will be responsible for managing the compliance throughout the team. This Office Administrator will be joining a pre-existing and longstanding successful team.

As Office Administrator you will lead the administration and systems for the team, ensuring company procedure and best practice is followed in an organised and efficient manner.

This Office Administrator role is with one of the biggest construction contractors in the UK, with a impressive turnover, pipeline of works and a contractor paving the way in the UK. At present work is secured across the Hampshire, Dorset, Surrey & Sussex regions. Projects traditionally range in size from the smaller £2m up to £200m in value.
