Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Huntingdon - Ermine Business Park
Job Type: Full time - Temporary - Projected for 3-6 months
Salary: £13-14 per hour depending on experience
Working week: Monday to Friday 37 hours per week ( office hours )
Working from home: Available once trained
About the Role:
We're looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly day-to-day. From managing administrative tasks to supporting internal teams, your work will play a vital role in creating a productive and positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
·Manage daily office operations and provide administrative support to staff
·Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
·Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, mail)
·Maintain and order office supplies and equipment
·Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications
·Support HR and finance departments with basic tasks such as filing and data entry
·Maintain records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
·Assist in organizing company events and meetings
Requirements:
·Proven experience as an office administrator, administrative assistant, or similar role
·Strong organizational and time management skills
·Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
·Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
·Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
·High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in business administration or related field is a plus)
