Description

Our Glasgow branch is looking for a part-time Office Administrator to assist the branch manager with daily office-related tasks.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage the branch manager's calendar
  2. Send thank-you notes and gifts to clients
  3. Answer office phones and direct them to the appropriate party
  4. Assist clients who enter the office by directing them to the appropriate party, making copies of documents, and performing other tasks as needed
  5. Other duties assigned by the manager
Qualifications
  1. Detail-oriented
  2. Ability to multitask
  3. Experience with Microsoft 365 required
  4. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  5. Mortgage experience is a plus but not required
  6. Office experience is a plus
  7. 20 hours a week with flexible hours assigned by management
Compensation

$20,000 yearly
