Crone Corkill is recruiting an Office Administrator to support bids, operations and SHEQ in our London office. You will work closely with the Regional Director, coordinating office workflows and assisting with bid submissions, proposals and compliance documentation.

Are you an experienced administrator who enjoys being at the heart of a busy, collaborative office? Do you have excellent organisational skills, commercial awareness and a real eye for detail?
We are working with a leading engineering consultancy, to recruit an experienced Office Administrator to support their London team. This is a varied and important role, providing operational, administrative and commercial support to the Regional Director and wider office.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants more than a traditional administration role. You will have exposure to bid and proposal activity, commercial administration and SHEQ/quality compliance, while playing a key role in keeping the London office running efficiently.

We're looking for an experienced and mature minded administrator who is comfortable working in a fast-paced professional environment and can confidently manage competing priorities.
You will ideally have:
You don't need to be a SHEQ specialist – training can be provided – but previous exposure to quality, compliance, auditing or management systems would be a real advantage.
Equally, experience in bids and proposals is highly desirable, particularly if you have worked within an engineering, construction, professional services or consultancy environment.
