Aldwych Consulting Ltd is seeking an organised Office Administrator to support the smooth running of our busy London office. This role blends office management, recruitment administration, compliance and general business support, working closely with the Managing Director.
You will manage day-to-day operations, supplies, records and onboarding, provide admin support to the team, keep the placement board up to date and assist with meetings, travel and internal communications.
We are a successful boutique recruitment consultancy looking for an organised, proactive and reliable Office Administrator to support the smooth running of our busy London office.
This is a varied role combining office management, recruitment administration, compliance and general business support. You will work closely with the Managing Director and wider team and take ownership of ensuring important administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
You will be highly organised, dependable and comfortable taking ownership of a varied workload. You will have excellent attention to detail and be someone who naturally follows things through rather than waiting to be reminded.
You should be confident using Microsoft Office, excel and learning new systems, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Previous experience in office administration, recruitment, compliance or professional services would be beneficial.
This would suit someone who enjoys being at the centre of a busy, friendly business and takes pride in keeping everything organised and running smoothly.
Please note this is an office-based role, Monday to Friday, five days per week.
